Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Executive Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to lead the development of our employees' skills and knowledge.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and sourcing training programs that meet the business needs of our organization. This will include conducting a skills audit, developing and implementing a Graduate Development Program, and creating an Apprenticeship Development Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough skills audit to identify areas for development and create a comprehensive training strategy
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, including leadership development and technical skills training
  • Develop and implement a Graduate Development Program to support the growth and development of our future leaders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers to source high-quality training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a blue-collar industry
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions about training programs
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
