About the Role

Staffline is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Relationship Manager to join their team in Bristol. As an integral part of the account management team, this role will focus on managing customer relationships and driving regional sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer portfolios, produce business plans, and continuously seek new opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve client issues, negotiate deals, and maintain price files while ensuring portfolio growth.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by anticipating needs and delivering exceptional customer care.
Requirements

This position requires a proven sales career with excellent influencing and negotiation skills, initiative, motivation, and diary management skills. A full clean driving license is a must.

Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, plus performance bonus and company car.
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
