About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone, promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products and services
  • Following up with customers who have expressed interest in our products and services
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in the company's database
  • Being responsible and accountable for your sales performance
Requirements
  • Experience of volume dials (100+ per day) and closing sales over the phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
