About the Role:
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement tailored support plans for vulnerable children and families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, developing a deep understanding of the complex issues affecting children and families.
  • Pursue a career in child protection and safeguarding, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive positive change.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, fostering partnerships to enhance the delivery of our services.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with children and families, providing empathetic support and guidance to address their unique needs.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.

Requirements:

Hold a recognized social work qualification and possess significant experience in frontline statutory children and family teams.

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and families.

Salary and Benefits:

Enjoy a competitive salary of £32,236 - £43,855 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including:
