Join Our Team as a Special Education Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Special Education Needs Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to students with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Requirements:

  • Desire and passion to work with SEN students
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
