About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Burford House Care Home, part of Westgate Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the cleaning of services and kitchens on a daily basis
- Assist in washing crockery, cutlery, cooking and serving utensils and kitchen equipment
- Distribute to and collect crockery from the residents
- Relay and clear tea trolleys where applicable
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Carry out any reasonable request or instruction from the Home Manager or Head Chef
About You:
- The right to live and work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team, a caring nature and a positive attitude
- An understanding of Health and Safety, Infection Control and COSHH
- Previous experience of working in a similar position is desirable but not essential
