About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach. The successful candidate will work with students who require additional support and provide individualized attention.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and a strong ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and students.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Providing academic and personal support to students with SEN
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs)
  • Communicating effectively with staff, parents, and students
