About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed, and out to school.

What You'll Do
  • Provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities
  • Assist with getting our young people washed, dressed, and out to school
  • Support our young people with their personal care and hygiene needs
  • Help our young people to develop their independence and self-care skills
  • Participate in activities and hobbies with our young people to increase their confidence and sense of belonging
