Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling stock effectively, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
- Handle all stock effectively and maintain back of house standards
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Be a role model for our brand with personal presentation standards
- Maintain store visual standards
- Embody the Kurt Geiger DNA and be customer-focused, brand-focused, SHINE, driven, and inclusive
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Be a customer service ambassador and enjoy working to KPIs
