About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact, visible role that will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns in the region to assist in generating net-new opportunities and drive opportunities from open to closed/won.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager with a focus on lead generation and market awareness to help build our sales pipeline in Southern Europe.

About the Team

The Marketing team creates and develops Illumio's global brand, helps drive revenue, and enables the Sales team's future success. We are building on our position as a Zero Trust Leader to help more organizations stop cyberattacks and ransomware from spreading into cyber disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the prescriptive UKI territory marketing plan and strategy
  • Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy for the region
  • Execute measurable integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive results across the buyer's journey
  • Owning metrics for success in the UKI territory: Track, measure, follow-up of every program
  • Create impactful account-based marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with channel marketing and the channel account managers, co-develop marketing plans and activities with key regional partners to deliver pipeline
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.
  • Conduct campaign analysis and reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyer's journey, and make data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue
About You
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience; security and SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven track record of overseeing UKI Territory Marketing including developing plans and strategy
  • In-depth background of executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and through partner sales
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage budgets
  • Bachelor's Degree; Marketing or related preferred
Salary & Benefits

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
