Job Title: Implementation Consultant

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our client delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing our IRIS Lease Accounting (ILA) software solution and providing training to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and delivery of client implementations
  • Develop and lead client on-boarding processes
  • Provide customer training on the ILA software solution
  • Deliver client contractual SLAs and Statement of Works
  • Contribute to the development of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, and other certifications
  • Manage client engagement processes and establish regular client review procedures
Support and Helpdesk:
  • Assist with helpdesk escalations
  • Rotate onto the helpdesk when needed
  • Manage support resources to ensure SLAs are delivered and risks mitigated
Product Promotion and Implementation:
  • Demonstrate the ILA to potential clients remotely, on-site, or at promotional venues
  • Provide input into the future development of the product
  • Offer technical accounting support to the Innervision Team and provide second-level support to clients
  • Assist with the development and testing of new functionality and bug fixes
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting qualification with 1+ years' experience in an accounting role
  • Technical accounting experience, IFRS 16, and FASB ASC 842 knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrable systems implementation experience, preferably with ERP implementations
