Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Building Services Company, in their search for a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to work across the Yorkshire area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various commercial and industrial client sites, performing fault finding, service, maintenance, and breakdown work on commercial and industrial heating and ventilation plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on a variety of equipment including boilers, burners, radiant heaters, AHUs, and other commercial and industrial heating and ventilation systems.
  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown work on commercial and industrial heating and ventilation plant.
  • Attending emergency call-outs and providing prompt and efficient solutions.
  • Some requirements for project/installation work.
Requirements:
  • Current and in-date ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, CDGA1 etc) are essential.
  • Full Driving Licence is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar service and maintenance role is essential.
  • Proven fault finding and breakdown experience is essential.
  • City & Guilds F-Gas / City & Guilds 18th Edition is beneficial.
  • NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing is beneficial.
