Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Associate Director to work within our Real Estate Division, focusing on supporting our Industrial, Science and Technology teams in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on Project Management commissions, developing plans and programmes to deliver our services and projects, in accordance with defined scopes of duties and T&T systems, mission, and values.
  • Provide pre-construction support to Clients, developing overall project delivery strategies, focusing on build strategy, schedule, procurement strategy, design quality, and supply chain engagement.
  • Work on commissions alongside wider project and cost management teams, as well as standalone construction advisory services.
  • Deliver commissions to achieve safe and efficient outcomes that meet agreed profit and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Responsible for leading project teams, consultants, and contractors, working closely with Clients to deliver the project brief.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and others who are influential in providing future business.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing the delivery of all stages of construction projects, from early design/planning through to handover/occupation.
  • Strong communication skills required, with the ability to manage all disciplines, including H&S, quality, planning & productivity, design management & coordination, contract management & administration, commercial management, and project governance.
  • Large-scale, complex project delivery experience is preferable.
