Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of all food and beverage service areas, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and develop a team of service staff, providing training and guidance to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of food and beverage services.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Service Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
