Children's Services Team Lead

Recruit 2 Success is looking for a seasoned Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our 4-Bed Children's Residential Home in Coventry.

Estimated salary: £43,500 - £47,500 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, while maintaining high standards of care and safety within the home.

Responsibilities:
  1. To manage and lead the team of carers and support staff.
  2. To provide excellent care and support to residents.
  3. To work closely with external agencies and partners to ensure effective delivery of services.
  4. To participate in regular training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a manager or leader in a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
