The Role
As a graduate engineer at Hoare Lea, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and projects, allowing you to discover your strengths and interests. Your day-to-day activities may include:
- Working on live projects from the outset
- Collaborating with project teams and clients
- Producing detailed designs and drawings using CAD and Revit software
- Undertaking site surveys and research
- Developing mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and creating mechanical systems, including drainage and water services
- Communicating effectively with project teams and clients
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Continuously learning and developing skills through training and mentorship
Requirements
- A 2.1 or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
