The Role

As a graduate engineer at Hoare Lea, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and projects, allowing you to discover your strengths and interests. Your day-to-day activities may include:

  • Working on live projects from the outset

  • Producing detailed designs and drawings using CAD and Revit software
  • Undertaking site surveys and research
  • Developing mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and creating mechanical systems, including drainage and water services
  • Communicating effectively with project teams and clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Continuously learning and developing skills through training and mentorship

Requirements

  • A 2.1 or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
