Packing Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packing Operative to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for preparing finished products for packaging and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing products with care into suitable packaging, ensuring quality control and efficient stacking on pallets.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity targets and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieving team goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous packing experience and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good level of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rates, including £11.81 for Gift Packing-AM and £12.19 for Gift Packing-PM.
  • Flexible shift patterns, including 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, and 12:00-20:00 on weekends.
