Job Opportunity: Behavioural Support Tutor
We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Support Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Behavioural Support Tutor, you will work with children who require additional support in a 1 to 1 setting, developing their knowledge in core subjects and helping them to overcome challenging behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the child's needs, promoting their learning and development.
- Work with children who have potentially challenging behavioural needs, using effective strategies to ensure their needs are met.
- Track progress and plan next steps in learning, inspiring children to achieve and stay engaged.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children or young people, preferably in a support role.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions, developing effective behaviour management strategies and coping mechanisms.
- Apply skills to raise children's confidence within their learning, tracking progress and planning next steps.
Benefits:
