**About the Role**

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our Glasgow-based legal team. As a general banking solicitor or general corporate/commercial solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our business teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide legal advice and guidance to our business teams on corporate and commercial matters
* Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements
* Conduct research and analysis on legal issues and provide recommendations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

* Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law
* Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
