Job Title: Maintenance Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of our engineering department, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are well-maintained and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and maintenance personnel
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Engineering background (Electrical and/or Mechanical)
  • Management, Supervisory or Head of experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
