**Job Title:** Trade Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Trade Craftsman to join our team at C.S. HODGES AND SON LIMITED. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for completing a wide variety of carpentry and multi-trade tasks in commercial buildings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and multi-trade work, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be required to travel to different sites, so a driving licence is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Perform carpentry and general multi-trade tasks as required.
• Work on maintenance and repair projects in commercial properties.
• Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and clients.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.

**Salary and Benefits:** A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a permanent PAYE position with job security.
