Team Manager

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to oversee all field activities and staff, ensuring the highest standards of production, financial control, and site activities are maintained across all areas of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with contractors to implement efficient and cost-effective approaches to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial controls, including profit and loss and detailed cost-to-complete reports for each scheme.
- Regularly review project status to ensure all options have been considered and evaluated to improve construction performance.
- Champion the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective approach to deliver outstanding projects.
- Promote Near Miss and Positive Intervention reporting.
- Provide strong leadership to employees on site, focusing on driving production and performance.
- Ensure efficient communication and engagement with the management team.
- Implement Quality Assurance and control site environmental issues.
- Develop strong team working relationships.
- Ensure all project KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Upload documents to Company systems as necessary, in line with business requirements.
- Develop accurate programmes for weekly updates.
- Submit weekly information, including timesheets, material sheets, and plant & site checklist.
- Collate data, including scheme drawings of layout, sections, and construction details, as-built drawings.
- Conduct live quality and NRSWA compliance audits while jobs are in flight.
- Perform post-quality and financial audits to ensure a good quality is maintained and to sign off final measures for invoicing purposes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Good organisation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good IT skills.
- NRSWA Level 1 to 16 (S1 to S7) very desirable.
- EUSR, CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS accredited.
- Civils Openreach or PIA accreditations desirable.
