Caregiver Assistant

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team at Avenues Group in West Malling, Kent.

As a Female Support Worker, you will be working with 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Your primary responsibility will be to support these individuals in their daily lives, enabling them to participate in activities around the home and within the community.

• Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge in their daily lives.
• Enable individuals to participate in activities around the home and within the community, such as swimming, bowling, visiting parks, home visits, and weekly shops.
• Support individuals with social activities, connecting with family and friends, and managing their finances.
• Keep individuals' homes clean and fresh, and assist with shopping.
• Provide and encourage personal care.
