NHS Grampian is seeking a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join our expanding team at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin. As a key member of our department, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and participate in the development of our Obstetric and Gynaecological services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. You will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with a range of obstetric and gynaecological conditions, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a variety of areas, including maternal and fetal medicine, gynaecological surgery, and women's health.

• Provide high-quality patient care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our Obstetric and Gynaecological services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care pathways
• Supervise and support junior doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Higher specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Eligibility for entry onto the GMC Specialist Register
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
