What We're Looking For

We are seeking a self-employed Viewing Assistant to assist our team with viewings, providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring a smooth viewing experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist our team with viewings, providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Travel to viewings, using your own vehicle and adhering to our mileage reimbursement policy.

Requirements

  • Self-employed individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full and clean driving license.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of £7 per viewing appointment, plus 0.45p per mile travel expenses.

Work Location

Our Viewing Assistants will be based in Telford and surrounding areas, with regular travel to viewings throughout Shropshire.
