We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods while ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
- Audit and record goods into the inventory management system with accuracy.
- Operate counterbalance or VNA forklifts to move goods within the warehouse safely.
- Maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits as required.
- Collaborate with team members to process goods efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
- A valid Counterbalance or VNA forklift license is desired.
- Prior experience in warehousing or goods in roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting as required.
