Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods while ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
  • Audit and record goods into the inventory management system with accuracy.
  • Operate counterbalance or VNA forklifts to move goods within the warehouse safely.
  • Maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to process goods efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall operations.
Requirements:
  • A valid Counterbalance or VNA forklift license is desired.
  • Prior experience in warehousing or goods in roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while being self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting as required.
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
