We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Planning Expert to join our team at Gleeds, a leading global property and construction consultancy.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible core hours. As an Infrastructure Planning Expert, you will be responsible for undertaking rolling wave planning & resource loading for assigned projects & work scopes.

You will utilise team inputs to create and track plans and schedules, performing risk exploration. You will also be responsible for detailed schedule exploration of network logic and critical path, working with cross-functional Program Teams to resolve critical path and network conflicts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake rolling wave planning & resource loading for assigned projects & work scopes.
  • Utilise team inputs to create and track plans and schedules, performing risk exploration.
  • Responsible for detailed schedule exploration of network logic and critical path.
  • Work with cross-functional Program Teams to resolve critical path and network conflicts.
  • Perform 'what if' scenarios for employee program management teams.
  • Perform earned value exploration in support of assigned programs or projects.
Requirements
  • Previous major UK construction project experience and ability to provide support and guidance across multiple live projects.
  • Experience within project controls with a focus on planning ideally within a consultancy.
  • Strong Excel competence to produce dashboards & supporting data visualization to P6 programmes.
