Restaurant Supervisor Position in Pan-Asian Dining Experience

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Omboo, a luxurious 4-star country house hotel and spa. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our Pan-Asian restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary.

Your Role:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of Omboo.
  • Supervise, train, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures unique to our Pan-Asian dining concept.
  • Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless customer service.
  • Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the guest experience.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Previous experience in Pan-Asian cuisine or a strong interest in Asian dining concepts.
  • Proficiency with Micros systems is a plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
