Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mandeville Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with key customers in the Leicester area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable market share growth for the business.
  • Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Prepare concise sales reports to feed into the Sales Director.
  • Plan, research, and execute potential sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the maintenance and engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of the machinery industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
