About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver to join our team at Europcar Group. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering and collecting our vehicles for our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Delivery and Collection: Safely transport vehicles to and from our locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure all vehicles are properly prepared for delivery, including fueling, cleaning, and checking for any maintenance issues.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Identify and report any fleet maintenance issues to ensure our vehicles are always in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • Driving Experience: A minimum of 4 years of driving experience, with a valid clean driving license.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience.
