Job Summary:

The company is looking to expand their sales team with an Internal Business Development Manager. This role involves liaising with internal and external teams from day one. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into the team and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the pump industry and relevant technical expertise. You will be responsible for interpreting customer needs, proposing solutions, and managing orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret customer requirements and propose suitable pump solutions.
  • Address technical queries and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Draft and dispatch quotations and manage orders using CRM platforms.
  • Assist with large and complex RFQs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product suites and services through comprehensive training.

Requirements:

  • Technical experience with specifying pumps.
  • Confidence, organisation, and motivation to collaborate.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A team player with experience working with internal and external peers.
