Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000-£22,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible shifts, permanent contracts, and access to our free app that allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Encouraging service users to participate in activities in the local community
  • Working in a flexible relief-based manner, with the opportunity to work in various locations across the country

You will be required to work in a supportive and non-judgmental way, respecting the dignity and autonomy of each individual. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you
