We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access a meaningful and enriching education. Our school is a dedicated and inclusive secondary school located in Bury, committed to providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse learning needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with a range of SEN, ensuring they have access to a meaningful and enriching education.
  • Assist with tailored learning activities, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Work alongside teachers and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide personal care and guidance when required.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

  • Experience working with young people, preferably within an SEN setting.
  • A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
