We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our Energy Division in Bournemouth, Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of our Bournemouth Contract, taking full responsibility for all personnel working on that contract and delivering services to the required SLA. Developing strong commercial relationships to expand our offer locally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire contract, personnel working on that contract, and delivery of services provided.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Planning work and organising labour in line with service requirements and to ensure that all work is being completed on time and within budget.
  • Collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposes.
  • Leading and motivating project teams to ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout each area.
  • Ensuring that client updates and communication are timely and accurate, and that accounting is transparent throughout the contract.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience of working on healthcare project delivery from a contract management perspective.
  • Recognised Building Services Qualification - ONC / HNC in Building services engineering.
  • Strong experience of programme / contract management.
  • Strong mechanical & electrical system background to ensure full understanding of systems for installation on designated projects.
  • A Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months.
