Compassionate Care Partner Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team at beBee Professionals in Watford. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health-related conditions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Aid clients in accessing local facilities and services, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in care giving, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
