Audit and Accounts Senior Job in Bristol

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our audit and accounts team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering a range of audit and accounts services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards
  • Preparing statutory and management accounts for a variety of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
  • Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing mentoring and guidance to support their growth
  • Building strong client relationships, serving as their main point of contact for audit and accounting queries
  • Assisting partners and senior managers with ad-hoc projects and business advisory services

Candidate Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified, with substantial audit and accounts experience
  • Strong technical skills in audit and financial reporting, with experience leading audit engagements
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A team player with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff
