Estate Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team in Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering estates inputs into property projects, ensuring compliance with government property legislation, and maintaining an estate of the right size, condition, and location.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining remote work with regular travel to our office and site visits. The successful candidate will lead on providing advice on property acquisitions and disposals, managing the company's property supply chain, and building strong relationships with professional real estate advisors, agents, and solicitors.

About the Position

The Senior Estates Surveyor will report directly to the Principal Estates Surveyor and will be responsible for managing specific activities of the company's property supply chain. The successful candidate will also be required to build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, including professional real estate advisors, agents, and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advice on property acquisitions and disposals
Manage the company's property supply chain
Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders
Support the Principal Estates Surveyor on programme and project management for the delivery of complex/high-value works

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have:
RICS membership
Extensive experience in property acquisitions and disposals, landlord/tenant issues, and complex/high-value property transactions
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
