About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Transaction Manager to join our team at GM Legal Recruitment Limited, a well-established law firm with a strong presence in Kent. In this role, you will work closely with clients, managing their residential conveyancing needs from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of residential conveyancing, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance on the transaction process.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Possess extensive knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and regulations in the UK.
