We're Benefit Cosmetics, a leading luxury brand with a passion for delivering exceptional beauty experiences. As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality services to our customers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, making connections with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Sales performance: Achieve individual sales goals through product demonstrations, brow treatments, and repeat appointments.
• Promote events and launches, supporting in-store and external activities.

As a member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to meet counter and business objectives. This role requires flexibility, including weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
