About the Role

As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking food and beverage orders in a professional and attentive manner
  • Organising and carrying out mise-en-place duties to the required standards
  • Following cash handling procedures and ensuring accurate billing
  • Setting up and clearing tables to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Ensuring a seamless service experience and maintaining Harrods' high standards of quality, service, and productivity

About You

We are looking for a reliable and team-focused individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be able to think on your feet and provide a prompt and efficient service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • A comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu and allergens
  • A good knowledge of any specials and promotions
  • The ability to answer guest queries quickly and knowledgeably
