Engage Talent Partners LTD is seeking a skilled Estimator - Cost Compiler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling costs for bids and tenders, taking into consideration man hours, material costs and project deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tender process from initial enquiry through to submission.
  • Work closely with the client as well as internal stakeholders including Sales, Commercial & Engineering.
  • Calculate project costs considering man hours, material costs and project deliverables.
  • Compile technical quotations for bids and tenders in line with client tender requirements.
  • Prepare submission documents and ensure timely delivery.
  • Promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts.
  • Understanding of contractual terms, conditions and risks.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety standards in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

  • A good technical understanding of the oil and gas, nuclear, industrial and renewables sectors.
  • Experience in preparing detailed technical specifications.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
