About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Specialist to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our venues are presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our venues, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the cleaning and maintenance team to achieve results and maintain high operational standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve our cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, particularly in relation to hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all areas are presented to the highest standard.
  • Work effectively to timescales when completing tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using a range of cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Great time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
