We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Painter & Decorator to join our team at HC-One. As a Regional Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for undertaking painting and decorating duties in multiple care homes across Coventry and Leicester. Your primary goal will be to present the homes to the highest standards, ensuring they meet the needs of our residents and colleagues.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent engagement and communication skills. You will work closely with the Home Manager and other colleagues to ensure a smooth operation. Your responsibilities will include general painting and decorating tasks, such as making good any damage prior to decoration, wallpapering, painting of walls, ceilings, and fixtures and fittings.

To succeed in this role, you must have effective communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also be flexible and responsive to changing circumstances within the care homes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications, which is approximately £15-18 per hour based on national averages for similar roles.
