Affinity Workforce is the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation, offering a high volume of supply teaching work in their secondary academies in Weston-super-Mare. The trust welcomes both experienced and newly qualified teachers to work in their schools on supply.

Supply work within Cabot Learning Federation via Affinity Workforce is flexible, with options for between one to five days per week. Rates of pay are above market average, ranging from £135 to £162 per day depending on experience. Alongside flexible day-to-day supply, we can offer full-time or part-time block bookings of supply cover within their secondary schools.
