About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students in a nurturing environment, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to students with a range of additional learning needs (ALN), trauma, and behavior challenges.
  • To work effectively as part of a team, following instructions from teaching staff and contributing to a positive school culture.
  • To utilize your skills and experience to support students in achieving academic success and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in counseling, support/social work, or special educational needs is preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from teaching staff.
