Job Title: Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

Location: Borough of Brent

Salary: £105 - £110 per day

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and academically talented individuals to join our Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program as Secondary Teaching Assistants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, focusing on raising attainment and supporting students in their academic journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 1:1 and group interventions to support students in their academic development
  • Work across various subject specialisms, including English, Maths, Science, and Learning Support
  • Support students in achieving their academic goals and developing their skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • Desirable degree from a reputable University in a relevant subject area
  • Good A Levels and GCSEs across the board
  • Confidence in your ability and knowledge of the GCSE and A Level curriculum
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed
