Assembly Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Team Leader to oversee a small team of 4-6 in the assembly area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in light assembly and production roles, with excellent numeracy and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the assembly team to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
  • Set and monitor output targets, stock counting, and capacity counting.
  • Manage data input into Sage ERP systems and generate and print labels.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in light assembly and production roles.
  • Numeracy skills - setting and monitoring output targets, stock counting, capacity counting.
  • IT skills - emails, data input into Sage ERP systems, generating and printing labels.
Benefits:
