Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with Autism, assisting them in their academic, personal and social development
  2. Tailor learning strategies to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially
  3. Offer behavioural guidance, supporting students in overcoming challenges and gaining independence in their learning
  4. Work alongside teachers and other experts to ensure the best possible support for each student, fostering a collaborative approach to education
  5. This role is both a challenge and deeply rewarding, offering the chance to create a lasting effect on the lives of children with Autism, inspiring their potential and abilities
