Our competitive salary package includes £24,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata) or £80-£140 per day.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist who will work across Cirencester. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a nurturing environment for children aged [insert age range].

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Accurately record children's progress and contribute to regular reporting.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with young children within the last three years.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and education to children.
