About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with third-party developers to analyze and resolve issues related to application development for Android, Amazon mobile SDKs and APIs, and Amazon Fire devices. You will also develop documentation and materials to support developers and drive projects to improve the Amazon developer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide elevated debugging and troubleshooting services to app developers
- Analyze, solve, and create solutions for developers
- Develop documentation and materials to support developers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Amazon mobile APIs and Services, and Amazon Devices
- Drive projects to improve the Amazon developer experience
- Provide engineering support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting and debugging
- Maintain coding projects in Perl, shell scripts, web technologies, and Java
- Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes
- Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
- Own digital products or components
- Coordinate customer notifications and workflow
- Collaborate with the engineering team for handing-off or taking over active support issues

A Day in the Life:
The SE team has four key responsibilities: Ongoing Steady State Support, Feature Integration and New App Launch Support, Operational Excellence, and Tier-2 support for unmanaged partner apps.

About the Team:
Our CAPE Developer Support & Engineering team manages technical support for customer and partner issues and app feature integrations on Managed Video Partner apps.
